Design a Life Coaching Career You Love
Escape Your Corporate Hell & Embrace Your Soul’s Calling
You’ve spent too many years to count in corporate hell – a 9-5 job that slowly sucked the life out of you. You knew that you needed more. You knew that you had something amazing to offer other people, to offer the world – but you didn’t know what.
And then you found life coach training – and started to see the light at the end of the tunnel.
So now you know for sure that you want to be a life coach. But, do you know for sure that you also want to be an entrepreneur?
I think for a lot of us, when we go through life coach training, we believe that in order to be life coaches and share our important gifts with the world– we have to start businesses, learn how to be entrepreneurs & marketers, leave the 9-5 world behind forever, and completely replace our old incomes in our new businesses.
And if you’re in the middle of your own corporate hell, the idea of escaping all that chaos and becoming your own boss might sound like bliss.
But is that really true for you?
It might be. But the reality is there are many different ways to be a life coach, and many of those ways don’t have to involve all the extra stuff that comes along with starting a business and being an entrepreneur. Just like it doesn’t have to mimic the corporate hell you’re trying so desperately to leave.
So why not create your own right path to sharing your gifts as a coach?
I combine personality psychology with life & soul’s calling coaching to help aspiring life coaches embrace who they are and design ergonomic life coaching careers they love.
Experts have used physical ergonomics for years to design workplaces that are more in line with how people naturally function – in order to free up more energy and inspire productivity. We can do the same with our minds.
The reality is that we all have a natural flow state & genius that is unique to who we are. And when you really connect that flow state and genius to your work, you naturally free up more energy and feel more motivated & inspired. It’s the key to loving what you do.
And that’s what the Corporate Hell Escape Plan is all about.
This program isn’t about helping you build a profitable business as a life coach. This program is about embracing who you really are & how you work best – and then connecting who you are to a coaching career path that you love – because everything is completely in line with your natural flow, unique energy and what you value most.
And that’s when you’ll finally be able to really get your important work out into the world – and the world so badly needs you right now.
Embrace Who You Are & Design a Life Coaching Career Path You Love
Are you ready to really connect with who you are, uncover your unique flow & genius, decode all of your corporate hell discontent – and then outline exactly how you want to share your genius with the world?
We will work through six weekly 60-minute sessions to:
1. Rediscover & Embrace Who You Are:
If you’ve been stuck in corporate hell for a while, chances are you’ve had to change some (or most) of who you are & how you naturally work best in order to fit into your role, workplace or company.
But now it’s time to not just reconnect – but embrace who you really are. Because the reality is we all have a natural flow and genius that’s unique to each of us. And that natural flow and genius may not partner well with all career paths, roles, task, workplaces, or business directions. And that’s ok.
Really seeing and embracing who you are is the first step to uncover a career path that feels natural, amazing and purposeful. not just understanding why you were stuck in your corporate hell for so long, but will help you start to see some clues as to your new work path.
2. Decode Your Corporate Hell Discontent:
Why was your corporate career was hell for you? What kept you stuck in a career or workplace you didn’t love? It’s important to really explore exactly what was wrong with your corporate career and unearth any thoughts, patterns or limiting beliefs that kept you from leaving your corporate hell and doing what you love.
This will help you to really see what was going on, and make sure you don’t accidentally repeat familiar patterns and accidentally recreate your old corporate hell in new formats.
3. Uncover Your Coaching Genius:
It’s easy to get caught up in thinking about all the logistical details of being a life coach. Finding a specific job. Starting a business. Getting clients. But this is the time to suspend all those logistical thoughts and explore what your soul is really calling you to do. Who are you aching to help? What do you you want to help them do? Why is this so important to you?
You don’t have to know all the details right now. You just have to start to feel your calling in your bones so you can make the career path decisions that will keep you heading in your right direction.
4. Explore Your Coaching Career Path Options:
Now it’s time to explore all the different ways you might want to share your soul’s calling as a coach, and get some clues as to your right path. This means gathering all the information on your different options, and getting the answers you need. What does being an entrepreneur really mean? Do you really want to own your own business? What’s a good enough job and do you want one? Can you share my coaching gifts through a new career path? Are there certain roles, workplaces or organizations that you’re more suited to?
This is the time to really get creative, investigate all the options out there, and figure out which ways of being a life coach are in line with who you are, what you want and how you naturally work best.
5. Design Your Ideal Career Path as a Coach:
Now that you’ve explored all your options, your next step is to make your best guess for now as to what your ideal career path as a coach might look like, and put a plan in place to start moving in your right direction. You’ll identify your best next steps to get moving in the direction of your soul’s calling and start sharing your important coaching gifts with the people who need you.

Why Work With Me?
As both a Master Certified Marketing Consultant and Life Coach (Endorsed Soul’s Calling Coach, Certified Equus Coach & trained Martha Beck Life Coach), I combine my background in business, marketing and entrepreneurship with life coaching & personality psychology to help you connect who you are to a business you love.
After more than 20 years (first a corporate marketing executive & recruiter and then a small business marketing consultant) helping entrepreneurs create & launch their businesses, products and services, I realized that the number one factor that determines success or failure is how ergonomic they are – which means how closely they align their businesses with who they are and what they really want.
Why? Because when you connect who you are to your business & your marketing, you work in a way that is more ergonomic – you are passionate, energized, inspired, motivated and more likely to promote your business and move past challenges and set-backs. You have more energy to give because you are using your unique genius and working in line with your natural flow state.
On the other hand, when you create a business & marketing system based on what you think other people want, financial success alone, or how you think you “should” work, every day can seem like a meaningless struggle, you’re less likely to market your business, and it’s much easier to give up when the going gets rough.
And after completing my life coach training (with Martha Beck, Koelle Simpson & Bev Barnes), and watching so many of my amazing fellow life coaches struggle with getting their important work out into the world – simply because they didn’t have a strong background in business – I knew I could help. And after getting coached myself (because I was trying to leave marketing & business stuff behind to become a life coach), I realized that helping life coaches with their career paths, business & marketing was something I had to do.
