Here are the six topics we’ll work through. Depending on where you’re at, this program typically takes six to 12 sessions to work through.
In the first three sessions, we will dive deep into exploring who you are, what you want, and what might be blocking you having a business you truly love.
1. Know Who You Are
Who are you? As a solopreneur, knowing you who are (including your personality style, working style, strengths, preferences and values) is essential to creating the business and life that brings passion, purpose and meaning every day. In this session, we’ll dive deep into rediscovering who you really are. We’ll look at your personality style, action mode, strengths, values and unique genius and answer the following questions:
- Who are you?
- How do you prefer to work?
- What matters to you?
- Why do you do what you do?
2. Know What You Want
In our society, we often think of success as money, status, power and material stuff. But is that what success really means to you? In this session, we’ll explore what success means to you in four key areas.
- Explore your current definition of success. Is it really yours – or the expectations of others?
- Define success for who you are in four key areas
- Outline your ideal day and work day
3. Know Where You Are & What’s Blocking You
Now it’s time to take a realistic look at where you’re really at in your business. We’ll identify which business phase you’re in, so you can set some realistic goals & expectations for where you’re at right now. Then, we’ll explore any limiting thoughts or beliefs that may be preventing you from fully embracing a business and life you love.
Know Your Business:
Over the next two sessions, we’ll take everything you’ve learned about yourself so far and apply it to your core business fundamentals – to make sure they’re in line with who you are and what you want.
4. Know Your Tribe & Niche
Are you working with clients who value what you do, who are profitable and refer you to others? Or are you spending all your time with clients who don’t truly appreciate what you offer, are more concerned about price, and may actually detract from your business? In this session, we’ll define your tribe and make sure you know the type of clients you love to work with – and value what you have to offer.
5. Know Your Packages and Services
Are you offering packages and services that you truly love and are right for your tribe? In this session, we’ll take a look at your current packages, programs and services and make sure they’re in line with who you are and how you prefer to work. We’ll also review whether there are additional packages or services you might want to put in place.
Know Your Voice:
6. Know Your Brand & Story
If you’re not really sure who you are, what you want, and what your business is all about, then it’s nearly impossible to communicate clearly. Using your authentic voice is the best way to attract more of your right tribe. So in this final session, we’ll take a look at your brand, core messages and story and make sure they scream you.
