Hi! I’m Nicole - Certified Sparketypes Advisor, Master Soul's Calling Coach, & Master Certified Marketing Consultant. I specialize in helping passionate coaches & business owners finally do WHAT you love in a WAY you love – by aligning every aspect of your work, business & marketing around who you are, your Sparketype, & how you naturally work best.
I've worked with hundreds of new coaches & entrepreneurs through my own business, and as a coach instructor for Martha Beck's Wayfinder Coach Training and Soul's Calling Coach & Facilitator Training. And, I'm a passionate coach & solopreneur just like you.
And just like you, I need to do personally meaningful work or I suffer. And this means I need to be really clear on my Sparketype & what lights me up, and make sure everything about my business & marketing feel aligned and authentic for who I am.
And that's why even though I was a corporate marketing executive & marketing consultant for more than 20 years, even though I've helped countless coaches & consultants market their businesses - I won't market my own business unless it feels completely aligned with my Sparketype.
When my business isn't aligned with my Sparketype, everything feels hard, heavy, and meaningless.
Even though I know exactly WHAT to do when it comes to marketing - I have no motivation, and marketing a business that's unaligned feels pointless - so I'll do nothing. And no amount of willpower or "pushing through" makes a difference.
But when my business is aligned with my Sparketype, marketing suddenly becomes easy. I feel purposeful, and believe that my people need what I have to offer - that it will make a difference. So I can't help but share my message, tell people what I do, market my business.
That's why I created The Sparked Solopreneur™. Because I know what it feels like to long to do work that feels energizing, inspired and personally meaningful - and suffer when you can't figure out what that is or how to do it in a way that doesn't make you want to gnaw your arm off....
